Behind PWA: Our Vision & Drive

Hello and welcome! I launched Pair With ABA with a vision to reshape Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). My mission is twofold: to provide high-quality services that champion neurodiversity and empower each child’s unique voice, and to train aspiring professionals in the ethical nuances of ABA. Through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, I'm dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals and making a tangible difference. With a deep-rooted commitment to fostering social skills and advancing the field of ABA, I offer support for those pursuing ABA certifications through tailored tutoring and guidance. Additionally, I take immense pride in mentoring RBTs on their journey towards their national certification. Every individual's potential is vast, and it's my mission to provide the tools and expertise to unlock that potential. Join me, and together, let's create lasting, positive behavioral change.

Pair Cares

Pair Cares is how we show up for the neighborhoods we work in.

In partnership with PawSionate Therapy, we ran a school supply drive for students at Lewis Elkin Elementary School in Kensington, a K–4 public school where every student qualifies for free or reduced lunch.

Supporting kids doesn't stop at the therapy room door. When a child walks in on the first day with what they need, everything we work on together has a better chance of sticking.

Ronald McDonald House. We spent a day running crafts and activities for families staying at the House while their children receive treatment, including a Dogs and Donuts morning. Families in that situation are living inside a medical routine, often far from home. An hour of something normal matters more than it sounds like it should.
